Please Read FAQ's Before Calling The Shop

Due to a very high call volume at this time we encourage everyone to please read the below FAQ's before calling the shop. Only members will be able to book a reservation through the phone at this time. 

Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Do you have tee times available?
    1. Please click here to book and view available tee times
    2. NOTE: all online bookings are pre-pay only during this time. Only members may book via phone by calling the shop.
  2. Are you allowing carts?
    1. At this time, we are allowing one cart per guest
  3. Is the practice area open?
    1. Not at this time
  4. What is your rate?
    1. Monday – Friday $28, Saturday/Sunday $38.  The rates is consistent all day
  5. Is the clubhouse serving food?
    1. We are unable to offer food at this time. We are able to serve packaged drinks.
  6. Can we bring our own beer?
    1. No, outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted in accordance with Indiana law.
  7. Can we show up to play?
    1. No, at this time, all reservations must be booked on-line and pre-paid.
  8. Can we ride together?
    1. No, each player must have their own cart, the only exception is members of the same household, ie. spouse, child
  9. What is the cancellation/refund process for online pre-pay rounds?
    1.  If you booked on golfnow.com or the golfnow app, please log into your golfnow account to cancel you tee time. DO NOT call the golf shop. We will not be able to help you. 
    2. If you booked on our website please email info@golfataberdeen.com with your reservation information including confirmation number. Refunds can take anywhere from 5-14 business days. 
    3. Cancellations within 24 hours of your tee time will not be accepted and refunds will not be given. 
    4. We are NOT taking phone calls at the golf shop for cancellations.
  10. Can I use a Groupon during this time?
    1. Due to COVID-19 we are unable to offer Groupon redemptions at this time. We understand this is inconvenient. We will update this FAQ when this changes. This is due to safety.
